Brentford manager Keith Andrews praised Igor Thiago after the striker's remarkable performance in a 2-2 draw against Everton. He later secured his brace with a deflected shot in the 77th minute. However, Brentford faced disappointment as Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall equalized in added time, following an initial equalizer from Beto. This result kept Brentford in seventh place with 47 points, while Everton remained in eighth on goal difference. Andrews remarked on Thiago's growth: "The biggest thing for Thiago this season was staying fit and playing as many minutes as he has. We always knew he had brilliant attributes.
