Serena Williams Gears Up for Grand Slam Comeback at Wimbledon

Serena Williams has been seen honing her skills at Wimbledon as she prepares for her anticipated return to grand slam tennis later this month. The 44-year-old received a wild card entry into the women's doubles alongside her sister Venus Williams after initiating her comeback at Queen’s Club. On Thursday, Williams shared a video on Instagram showcasing her practice session at Wimbledon’s Aorangi Park courts, accompanied by her daughters Olympia and Adira. Dressed in the All England Club’s signature all-white attire, Williams appeared relaxed, allowing her eight-year-old daughter Olympia to practice her forehands. Key highlights include: The sisters have a remarkable history, winning their last of 14 grand slam doubles titles together at Wimbledon a decade ago. They have not competed as a partnership since 2022. Williams made her return to competitive tennis last week, successfully winning her first match at Queen’s alongside Victoria Mboko, although their run was cut short due to an injury. Following this, she competed in Berlin but faced a first-round exit while partnering with Karolina Muchova. As the grand slam approaches, all eyes remain on Williams and her journey back to the court.
